ZAMBALES DAY TOUR ISLAND HOPPING GUIDE 2017

Sharing with you guys a budget travel island hopping in Zambales for just one day!

We packed our things and left at 3:00 in the morning. After a couple of exhausting rides, we finally arrived at Pundaquit beach at 8:30 AM (see below itinerary). We met Kuya Johnny, owner of the boats we rented who provided us with tools we need for cooking. After gathering all the things we need, we set forth to Capones.

PUNDAQUIT BEACH

Actually, a typhoon came a day before our trip so we hesitated if we will push through. I contacted Kuya Johnny and advised me that waves were strong the day before our trip. He told me that he’ll watch out if it will persist. We almost thought to just reschedule our plan, but thank God and goodness and all the lords, typhoon Salome left.

CAPONES ISLAND

This island is my fave! I was awestruck by white sands, crystal clear water and rock formations.

NAGSASA COVE

We pitched our tent, cooked, ate and stayed in Nagsasa. Pitching of tent has no charge but if you want to stay in their comfy cottage, you have to pay P100. Entrance fee is P50

At 2:00 PM, we started trekking to witness the sweeping view of Nagsasa. A beauty from destruction.

 The best 30-minute hike⛰⛰

Oh! and we found a spot to emote and take IG Worthy photos.

ANAWANGIN COVE

We opted to stay by the shore for like 30 minutes to swim, take pictures and rest a bit since we’re set to leave the island.

We’re supposed to spend the night in Nagsasa but to explore more of Zambales we stayed at the house of someone my friend knows in Botolan.
